This past General Conference, as I listened to President Russell M. Nelson invite us to study the Atonement of Jesus Christ every week, a lightbulb went off in my brain. I knew immediately that I needed to create a plan—and of course, I wanted share it with all of you!
What started as a simple idea quickly grew into something more. I’d originally planned to create a basic list of resources, but thanks to some unexpected inspiration (thanks ChatGPT!), it snowballed into a full-fledged study guide, complete with space for notes after each week’s study. (But the minimalist version is still an option if that’s more your style!)
This guide is my way of following the prophet’s invitation, and I hope it can help you do the same. Whether you’re looking for something simple or a more detailed approach, both versions are here for you—free and easy to access, with resources available online or in the Gospel Library app.
I’ve also put together an Atonement Study Guide group chat on Instagram, where we can come together to share insights and discuss what we’re learning. Don’t worry if you are “behind”, we don’t judge! I’m sure I will be at some point in the year too, haha.
I’d love for you to join and be part of the conversation. Just comment or DM me your Instagram handle and I’ll add you!
Together, let’s deepen our understanding of Christ’s Atonement and draw closer to Him over the next year. You’ll find all the links and materials below, or if you are an email subscriber, it should also be attached.
